Morning launch is East into Bear Creek, it is best with very light wind forcast, you launch into nice cycles coming straight in. Evening launch is West into prevailing West winds. GPS coordinates of launch are N 37.89416 W 107.82339 All out of town pilots must fly with a guide pilot please see www.tellurideairforce.org This is a very high altitude mountain site. Conditions can be very strong.
