100 msl over the beach. This is a Stop-and-Drop off pilots who take off from the side of the road. Driver keeps going to the pick up area. If it is windy, you go up. If it is light, you glide down wind to the pick up. Sometimes good for training. Nice place on the way to somewhere else. Novelty value. Typhoons. When there is no wind, it's not easy to inflate.
