Alti: 1825m There are 2 options: to the right, beside the road, is a wide one but there are some power lines around; to the left is more recommended, with a wider valley on the way down, demanding however a 10 minute walk to reach the spot. Strong thermals with a very beautiful view of Serra da Mantiqueira. Some XC possibilities. Not recommended for rookie pilots. Watch for wind speed and direction when landing, being specially careful with road-crossing power lines spread around the landing site.
Přístup a přistání
170 miles from Rio de Janeiro, 250 miles from São Paulo. From the city of Itamonte, follow the signs to Alagoa and drive another 25 miles on a good dirt road (when not wet); after arriving in Alagoa, ask for directions to Condado. Park on the top of the road by the gate.
